The practical takeaway? Treat AI insights like you’d treat advice from that friend who’s certain about everything. Sometimes they’re right. Sometimes they’re explaining patterns in static with the conviction of a prophet. Your job isn’t to believe everything—it’s to know which is which.

AI will find patterns in your data. It will explain them beautifully. It will make connections you never saw. And sometimes—maybe more often than we’d like—it’ll be staring at random noise and seeing the face of Jesus.

The question isn’t “What do you see in that?”

It’s “Should either of us trust what we’re seeing?”

Maybe the real Rorschach test isn’t the data—it’s whether either of us can admit when we’re just seeing static.
